I generally think people confuse functional and specific/specificity . If something is functional for that person, then it is likely specific. But just because itās specific to them, doesnāt mean itās always āfunctionalā . Clears up the ābicep curls are functional for a.
@RICH_AgilityLab @danny_ruderock I agree. My point is that we can call it what we want but the functional/fascial concept makes sense. It all emanates from ideas like Myers slings or Vleemings subsystems. People argue with me about functional anatomy. Functional/fascial training is just training based on anatomy.
