Predictable but distasteful to watch our anti-diagnosis, anti-illness colleagues trying to distance themselves from the (further) damage they have done to the welfare of people with mental illness. Did they really think their posturing and unevidenced ideology wouldn’t do this?
Imagine yelling about how MI isn't real & then maintaining you played no part in your Government stripping people who live with MI of support! Spin it how you like - there is blood on your hands here.

We need psychiatrists who assess, diagnose patients and prescribe medication. Patients with mental illness deserve the same quality of care as patients with other illnesses. This letter is complete nonsense.
