@butterygg DAOs can stay compliant without ceding onchain power to an offchain entity. You need MULTIPLE legal entities in MULTIPLE jurisdictions. These entities SHOULD NOT be non-profits (except the one holding the IP). So excited for what @PowerhouseDAO is building

I sense a shift in how we are thinking about networks and organizations. Hopefully, this means we're entering a new wave of development, embracing more aligned and accountable structures. Lots of things brewing at @PowerhouseDAO to meet this future.
