For thousands of years, people have grown food, sown clothing, treated sickness with food and herbs, built shelters, and got on. It only took 2 generations to all but erase those skills from humanity and make people completely dependent on politicians. Time to reverse that.

A handful of giant corporations control a majority share of food supply, production, processing & retail. Local farmers are being financially squeezed by them. It’s time for a consumer revolution and bypass huge food corporations and buy directly from local farmers & farm shops.

What with 11 million cats stalking about, pylons soon to be teetering over every headland and windfarms appearing like a surprise visit from your mother in law - birds are buggered, farming buggered and our landscape likewise.

Farmers receive insultingly low payments for their produce from supermarkets and governments are neglecting them. Here is a helpful initiative by @ProduceProvide. Type in your postcode and discover which UK farms are directly selling food near you.
