27 years ago today a @NYorksPolice #SpecialConstable, just 3 weeks into his volunteer role, was murdered on duty during a routine traffic stop. Remembering today the sacrifice of Glenn Goodman.

#LatestNews -Officers investigating the abduction of two women have located a man in connection with the incident. The man has been secured by officers in a rural area of Congleton and is currently talking to trained negotiators.
