Operation WHIRL took place again today in #Thanet. 104 vehicles stopped and dealt with. Multiple vehicles seized & tickets issued. One vehicle was stopped due to the female driver not wearing a seatbelt. Turned out she was 15 and took her mothers car for a drive.
