Not much said that brother of @ClarenceHouse, Andrew, has blood on his hands. Guifre suicided but founded the non-profit org, Victims Refuse Silence, now known as Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR), to support survivors. She was a brave woman. Andrew remains a disgrace to U.K.
