I am starting a new tradition this Thanksgiving: Deviled Eggs 🥚 I cook them in the Instapot on High Pressure for 6 minutes and then leave them in to “rest” up to 30 minutes. Then, I put them in the refrigerator and I will assemble them Friday for our 2nd Thanksgiving dinner.

Took a 3.5 mile walk w/ the family. It was a BEAUTIFUL crisp fall morning. Took the same route we took the week I started keto back in May. My body felt significantly better on this walk. I’m down 25 lbs, my legs & core have strengthened & my mental endurance for exercise is 🆙

I am crawling into bed feeling just so grateful and proud. Even through struggles with various illnesses off and on since the first part of December I have stayed consistent with some form of exercise (walking or cycling) most days of the week since starting Stepbets in July

@AjRockatansky I am finding there is “store” keto where people eat the processed stuff that says keto friendly and then there is what I am doing, which is whole food keto and maybe closer to ketovore now. The inflammation on anything processed is so uncomfortable now that I know the difference.

Perspective is an interesting thing. *Only got 9000 steps today, I heard myself say. Two weeks ago 9k was considered a lot. Two months ago it was a challenge. Two years ago I was barely moving. I am glad to be in a spot where 9k is becoming typical 🙌❤️ G’night🥰

Push-ups Day 7: 18 (+10 from Day 1) Didn’t increase today, but that’s okay. Did 18 more today than if I hadn’t done them at all! Perspective, right!?! Planks Day 37! And, I threw in a no make-up selfie. Rosacea improving slowly, but still get very red when exercising. Oh well!!
