Saturday breakfast - Turkish eggs. Tasted pretty good but next time I will oomph up the color a bit by adding some fresh green herbs.
Turkish eggs (Cilbir) at Cafe Petrichor (multiple branches including JP Nagar ORR).
This was good - decently poached eggs, flavorful yogurt with spiced, molten butter dressing.

Made caramel custard / flan but replaced the milk with coconut milk.
As usual I struggled with the caramel, fortunately it wasn't as bitter as it looks. Also the proportions were off - the custard wasn't as jiggly as hoped.
Still pretty decent outcome though - coconutty flan.
