Ways to build relationships w/students that do not involve SM. 1. Attend school functions. 2. Do hall duty. 3. Sponsor a club. 4. Sit at lunch w/them once a week. 5. Do recess duty. 6. Find out what they are reading and keep the titles in your classroom library.
