Crazy improvement. Gio ran a mile at the start of track in 8:16, last night he ran 5:38. Henry ran a 2 mile at start of XC in 18:11, last night he ran 12:12! So proud of the work these guys are putting in. Gio and Henry represent so much of what the team is doing. #kaizen
