We need large scale nature restoration in Ireland. If we get it right, the benefits to our biodiversity, to our rural communities, and to our own health could be endless. Ireland is almost completely bereft of intact ecosystems. We have no time to lose.

I’ve tried to use this platform to inform, to urge action, and to fight for a better future. This will be my last tweet. There’s still time to change course. A better world is possible. Let's start by banning fossil fuel ads. #BanFossilAds

Over 60% of Ireland’s land is used for agriculture. That’s what I’d call Big Agri. A cull alone won’t solve the problem, but alongside fair payments to farmers for restoring nature, it could be a win for everyone.
Any call to cull the national herd is madness. 🇮🇪 doesn’t have Big Agri no matter how often the eco-left say it. Avg 🐄 farm size is 90 cows. That’s not Big Agri. Our dairy sector is already investing in changes to reduce their emissions. Let’s support, not demonise, them.

Ireland should be the first country in the world to ban fossil fuel ads. It's time to fuel health, not harm. #BanFossilAds🛢️.

This is madness. If we can’t even build modest cycle lane, what chance do we have of cutting emissions or building a liveable planet?. Councillor Flynn is now talking about taking DCC to the European courts—over a cycle lane. I’m honestly lost for words.

Why is a government TD asking people on Twitter to act instead of I dunno… doing something about it ⁉️. It’s FG/FF terrible planning that has landed us in this mess in the first place.
Delaying the Luas extension to Poolbeg until 2040 is short-sighted. Let’s act now to serve our growing communities and save taxpayer money. #LuasToPoolbeg
