Whatever about damaging tariffs, this is a terrible deal for climate 🌍 The EU has agreed to buy US energy i.e. to import more highly polluting oil & fracked gas 🛢️⛽️ Our Govt is towing the line by opening up new LNG terminals. We can’t accept this 🚫 🏭 @labour

Sporting legend, Maeve Kyle, a trailblazer in Irish women’s athletics & Trinity alumna 1946–50 has passed away. She broke barriers as Ireland’s 1st female Olympian in 1956, was the 1st Irish triple Olympian competing in the 1960 & 1964 Olympic Games & earned 58 Irish hockey caps.

Once more for those in the back - Metrolink is not only an airport line It serves 15 other stations, connecting 127 schools, 3 universities, 5 hospitals, and making over 175k people and 250k jobs accessible by foot to a stop. An estimated 18% of passengers will use airport stop

Govt inexplicably rolling back on key road safety plans. Why is this so difficult? Lowering speed limits is proven to save lives. Just look at Wales. Plans to lower 100kmh speed limits unravel as new AI cameras to spot drivers on phones stalled
