Carriages. I told the guard & he went back to him. I am still on the train & have asked my dad to wait on platform when he picks me up in case he gets off same stop as me. Man/bear? Bear. It wouldn’t think you were fair game just because you had a couple of drinks at lunchtime.

I have requested to speak to the GM of the hotel this morning so I can move forward a legal case. His name is Bill Fisher. I was stood by the card machine waiting to pay before the manager came out and said I needed to leave because I didn't have ID. THAT was his reason.

In a hotel foyer with people watching. The staff smirk & rolled eyes at one another. Just before the video I told them I was feeling unwell. I could barely see & I was dizzy. Knowing this they still sent a lone now incredibly vulnerable woman onto the streets at 1am.

I told them that I was overwhelmed and I struggle with panic attacks and they completely ignored it, apart from some eye rolling. When the taxi driver found me after they had kicked me out I was looking for BBs as I felt like an attack was coming on.

My sister & I had a very similar experience in the same
Hotel when we missed our last train home in January! They were really rude & unhelpful & also a bit judgey that two 40 year old women dared to be out alone at 1am! We ended up spending £200 on a black cab home instead 😡

I would agree except that the research we have been doing since shows this is a common occurrence in hospitality. I work with corporates on strategy and culture in this area and know that one complaint never instigates any change. This is an industry problem so awareness is key.
