A new RCSI study in @NatureComms reveals how blocking HDAC6 alters metabolism in cancer cells. It also shows a new role for HDAC6 in regulating cells' energy pathways, making it a potential target for tumour metabolism. Read the paper ➡️ https://t.co/Jg2MoBFKJj

Excited to share a new paper and online resource from our lab published today. We developed a mass spectrometry approach that leverages genetic diversity to systematically nominate functional relationships between metabolites and proteins.

Did you ever wonder why our marrow is located inside of our *bones*, #MedTwitter? There’s no a priori anatomical reason it should be sited there. Blood cells could form in our spleens & livers, as they do during our fetal lives; or elsewhere, as in some animals. Let’s discuss! /1

Exciting new research published in @ActaBio led by @WentingShu0819 in co-supervision with @AislingNiA. This computational work helps illustrate that 'how' and for 'how long' drug coated microneedles are inserted into skin really matters (1/2)
