We've had a report from a train driver of a possible track defect between Inverness and Inverness Airport stations. Our response team are on their way to inspect the track. Until this is done, we're unable to run trains in this area. More soon. @ScotRail

We've released the first trains from Edinburgh Waverley towards Fife, and we'll work with @ScotRail, @LNER and @CrossCountryUK to get services back on the move ASAP.
