ℹ️ UPDATE: We have arranged for your rail tickets to be accepted on Stagecoach North buses between Inverness and Aberdeen (covering Inverness Airport too). Just show the bus driver your ticket or Smartcard when boarding the bus.

We've had a report from a train driver of a possible track defect between Inverness and Inverness Airport stations. Our response team are on their way to inspect the track. Until this is done, we're unable to run trains in this area. More soon. @ScotRail

✅CLEARED: Disruption caused by a train fault at Thurso has now ended. Services between Inverness and Wick are no longer impacted.

⚠️NEW: Due to a safety inspection of the track between Inverness and Inverness Airport the line is closed. Aberdeen - Inverness trains will terminate Inverness Airport and start back from there
