I had to go in to get my labia looked at and had no issues with male doctors coming in to look at my junk. Was in stirrups and all.

That belly is there to protect a woman's reproductive organs. It's very uncommon for a woman to be able to have a flat belly because the belly serves a purpose.
Women also have an extra layer of fat that men don't have. This is for reproduction too.
