NHS healthcare will be delivered mainly by PAs/ACPs and ANPs . Primary care by 2029 .Secondary care by 2034/5. Those who want doctors will pay out of pocket. Here we have a study enabling just this . - ACPs already working on HO and SHO rotas.- to be trained in ‘Hospitalist

By the looks of it, #4 continues under Labour to nobody's surprise.
I am asked by quite a few people how PAs being used in the NHS aggravate the privatisation agenda. I’ll just answer it at very very high level (for X purposes):. 1) increased wait list due to increased activity .2) people coming to more harm .3) those people take it upon.

In the US, the updated Covid vaccine is being recommended for everyone from 6 months old. Free Covid tests are available from September . Compare to the U.K. where boosters are very restricted and there’s no free Covid tests. Why is the U.K. so bad at Public Health @GwynneMP?.

GMC trying to hide the results of a PA consultation until after they begin the regulate quacks . Yes, the same GMC that demands transparency, candour, and literal sainthood from every doctor they regulate. Hypocrites, frauds, liars. #DEFUNDTHEGMC.
