If some babies/toddlers/children wake up early (4:15am for us today 😵💫) why do softplay places only open from 10am? That's basically lunchtime... 6 hours to kill 🫠😴 I feel like there's a gap in the market.

We need to regulate before we relate and reason. If we are dysregulated, it becomes contagious. We need to be calm and then model our response. We can use our parasympathetic nervous system to help co- regulate someone else's sympathetic nervous system response. 🧠🌱

Massive appreciation to Katie and other disabled people doing such a great job highlighting how train office closures will impact our community. As ever, it’s disabled voices leading the way on this.
This is how hard it *already is* to get assistance. I tried to get the Overground. I arrived with plenty of time, but the assistance point was seemingly closed, no one visible behind the glass. I can’t reach the window to bang on the glass, so tried shouting “hello?” for ages.
