Pooh sat down in the middle of the stream. The sun was so delightfully warm, and the stone, which had been sitting in it for a long time, was so-warm, too, that Pooh decided to go on being Pooh in the middle of the stream for the rest of the morning. ~A.A.Milne #Saturdaymorning

One autumn morning the wind had blown all the leaves off the trees and was trying to blow the branches off. Piglet's ears streamed behind him like banners. 'Mind you don't get blown away, little Piglet.' said Eeyore. 'You'd be missed.'~A.A.Milne #FridayFeeling #WindyDay

When I was One, I had just begun. When I was Two, I was nearly new. When I was Three, I was hardly Me. When I was Four, I was not much more. When I was Five, I was just alive. But now I am Six, I'm as clever as clever. So I think I'll be Six now for ever and ever. #childhood

"I can face the winter with calm. I'd been thinking of the winter as a horrid, wet, dreary time. Now I can see other things-crisp and sparkling days, long pleasant evenings, cheery fires. Good work shall be done this winter. Life shall be lived well." A.A.Milne #MondayMotivation

The sun came back over the Forest, bringing the scent of May. All the streams of the Forest were tinkling happily to find themselves their own pretty shape again and the little pools lay dreaming of the life they had seen and the things they had done. ~A.A.Milne #MayDay #1STOFMAY

“I don’t mind Tigger being in the Forest,” said Eeyore, “because it’s a large Forest. But I don’t see why he should come into MY little corner of it, and bounce there.” “I didn’t bounce, I coughed,” said Tigger. “Bouncy or coffy, it’s all the same.” ~A.A.Milne #SocialDistancing

It was very cold, and to keep themselves warm they sang Pooh’s song right through six times, Piglet doing the tiddlely-poms and Pooh doing the rest of it, and both of them thumping on the top of the gate with pieces of stick at the proper places. ~A.A.Milne #cold #winter #snow

Piglet had got up early to pick himself a bunch of violets; and it suddenly came over him that nobody had ever picked Eeyore a bunch of violets. So he hurried out again, saying, “Eeyore, Violets,” in case he forgot, because it was that sort of day. ~A.A.Milne #kindness #friends
