Thank you to everyone for your comments!! Very happy to share: https://t.co/YZlmnBrzor This was just a starting point- I think its important for subject leads to edit/adapt/improve to suit their subjects- but gives people something to work with!

Really love this as a tool to get students thinking harder about their analysis. Could be used effectively to break down a worked example as part of modelling before students attempt their own too!!
"Feedback should make the student work harder than the teacher" - @dylanwiliam really struck a chord in our CPD on Monday. My resource allowed students to reflect on their answer by tearing apart their chosen quotation with specific intentions and the rewrites were phenomenal. 👏

Some schools can't open and are teaching on Teams again... My school was closed for weeks last year due to on going building work. I created lots of guides to support staff. If you want support or a guide for staff to use, send me a message. Here's what I have:

Would anyone in secondary schools be willing to share their marking policy? What have people found to be the best balance between student progress and staff workload? #edutwitter #marking #feedback #marking #workload

I have created a document to support our subject leaders with #disciplinaryliteracy across a range of subjects as a starting point for editing and developing into their own curriculums. Created with the help of AI to really drill down into key aspects of #literacy #edutwitter

Normally ordered my teacher planner this weekend. But I’m now into the swing of #digitalplanning using #goodnotes. I’ve found that when things change or I have to make notes quickly it’s been super useful. No more crossed out sections in my planner -my need for neatness is met.

Did anyone find any good research/strategies that looked specifically at how to address GAPs in learning in the classroom following on from remote learning, rather than lots of assessments on return? @NLad84 @MrThorntonTeach @KateJones_teach @FunkyPedagogy

Just been playing around with the #ChatGTP website—- wow! I’m absolutely fascinated!! Can see how it would be great for starters and plenaries when asking it to “create 5 questions on… with the answers.” Tested it on some AIC questions and it was pretty good!!!

Used this yesterday thanks to @teach_smith!!! It is brilliant. I love that you can also search for classic texts which are already stored on there e.g A Christmas Carol. Perfect for my year 10s!!!
https://t.co/moRyDhNTYw is an excellent website: copy and paste any text & it will identify the tier two vocabulary. From this, the site can generate a glossary, multiple choice quizzes & more. For example: https://t.co/h7Fev490we

My #digitalplanning has begun!I’ve gone with using @GoodNotesApp for now, to see how I get on with it on my iPad. Using the Apple pen to turn my handwriting into text. #teacherplanning. Taking meeting notes has been great! Shoutout to @AdGrocott for the support.

Fellow Teachers. I really like the idea of getting into digital planning for my weekly lessons, to-do lists and note taking etc. If you already do this- which tablet/apps do you recommend?

Following the @SPryke2 "Ready to Teach Macbeth" with my y10s. Before we start delving into Act 3 I gave them all the key words and big Questions we had covered so far to review our learning. They had to link key words with big questions- the discussions this led to were amazing!
