The Tenth Amendment acknowledges unenumerated powers reserved to the People. Among them certainly must be the power of derogation, the capacity to adjust laws to fit the needs of local jurisdictions.

is "so severely mentally troubled that he is a great danger to our nation" and must be removed from office, according to a group of international mental health professionals calling for the president to resign or for the "complete removal" of his decision-making powers.

Higher prices are the expected and easily explainable effect of reopening the economy after a pandemic and Trump's bungling: they're the result of capitalist price gouging.
@GovParsonMO
Barrett will be an illegitimate justice if she is confirmed. The McConnell rule was a precedent which should have been applied to this situation. It became a law which now is being broken.
@BeachPretzel2
This is personal. I and my neighbors have suffered the effects of DeJoy's attempts to destroy the post office. Our mail service has been adversely affected to a significant degree. He must be removed.

Seems like America is going out of its way to prove its inability to adapt to a changing world. We cling to the failed ways of the past rather than look for new ways to face the future.

Salus populi suprema lex esto
The State of Missouri motto, a Latin phrase meaning "let the welfare of the people be the supreme law."
I wonder if Parson and Eric Schmitt have ever heard of it. Maybe they could make an effort to do something about it.

Amy Coney Barrett is said to be a person of faith, a devout Catholic. Why would someone like that accept a nomination from

Justices are nominated by a politician and confirmed by 100 politicians. Why would anyone think politics would have anything to do with the process?

This is the only time I can remember Sanders being correct. The contrast is clear.

A good part of America's inflation problem is Republican propaganda. They keep saying prices are rising which causes consumers to overbuy now so they can avoid higher prices later. THAT actually DOES cause inflation.
