I'm trying to be less of a GenAI hater. But it's hard to appreciate what usefulness is there when people tell me it can write code for me and also is already God. Brother, it's nifty and I like it but I've met high school students who can understand Bash better than this thing.

Decided to give gpt-4o a chance. Asked it to find problems in a bash script I'm working on. * Pros: Fast. Caught a few silly/esoteric errors. Genuinely useful!. * Cons: Literally every single run, it hallucinated & gave bad advice that didn't work or completely broke the script.
