Often women patient feel “gaslit” because doctors do not recognize or diagnose their symptoms or do not offer effective treatment. The issue is lack of #research, #data, correct guidelines.

Often the best decisions for the patient in complex scenarios is guiding them through the shared decision making process, including nonoperative care.

Nowhere else in the western world do doctors routinely work 50-80 hrs a week and come home and start responding to emails and Epic mail. So kindly fuck off Resident physicians make minimum wage during their training years
Part of the reason medicine is so $$ in the US: we pay doctors more than anywhere else, in part bc we require more schooling Why do they need to go to undergrad at all? In most countries they go directly from HS to Med School and should do the same here. Also we need more PAs

Law firms are required to be owned by attorneys so business owners can’t run a firm contrary to lawyers’ fiduciary duty to clients. Hospitals are required to be owned by nonphysicians so that physicians can’t run a hospital contrary to physicians’ fiduciary duty Make it make
