Yesterday's intractable targets session was a great success thanks to lively talks from @DanNomura and @xzhang85. Big thanks to CICR for putting together some really great topics.
Not sure what @Michael_A_Erb did to Elon but my tweet about his excellent talk at #AACR25 got ZERO views. Michael’s science is way too interesting to leave it at this. Second try with some pics from his talk about identifying molecular degraders targeting ENL.

Check out this very cool extension of our work from the Bollong Group!.
A 2-for-1 resistance mechanism! Inspired by our colleague @Michael_A_Erb, @KaylaENutsch demonstrates that increased levels of acyl-CoAs not only promote resistance to active site HAT inhibitors but TEAD inhibitors as well.

After a half-day at school, my eldest just bumped into Reza Ghadiri, @BogerLab, and Ben Cravatt within the space of 5 min. His chemical education is complete.

Check out this thoughtful Preview from Billy on our recent manuscript in Molecular Cell. Thanks Billy!.
Pioneer TFs have long been considered "undruggable" 💊 🧬 However, @scrippsresearch teams led by Ben Cravatt and @Michael_A_Erb have elegantly developed a first-in-class ligand for the pioneer TF FOXA1. In @MolecularCell, we commented on this groundbreaking work:
