Here we reviewed MALT1 protease inhibitors as newly emerging therapeutics not only for lymphoma, but also for solid cancer, based both on their direct effects on cancer cells as well as the conversion of tumor-infiltrating Treg cells into pro-inflammatory effectors.

Distinct roles of CXCR3 ligands CXCL9 and 10 during chronic viral infection. CXCL10 lures CTL into the red pulp to hasten their terminal differentiation, accelerating depletion of the TCF-1+ stemlike memory pool and limiting viral control. Congrats, Ola.
