When we couple #Bright2Nuc with #TrackMate, we can track stem cells in the live 3D cultures using bright-field live imaging.

With #Bright2Nuc predictions, coupled with #StarDist for segmentations, we can predict the differentiation state of the stem cells directly from the bright-field images, without the need for any additional stainings.

#Bright2Nuc is a label-free deep learning model allowing for the prediction of nuclear signals from bright-field images. It works with images acquired from a confocal microscope with a low-resolution 20X air objective for higher throughput.

We differentiate #hiPSC on our #mLSI #microfluidic platform. 128 3D stem cell cultures can be differentiated in parallel and imaged live, following with an fully on-chip immunostaining and IF imaging. Thus, every cell culture’s history and final state is known.

I am very happy to present multiplexed Deterministic Barcoding in Tissue (xDbit)🎊. As an extension of #DBiTseq it allows the generation of #spatial #transcriptomics datasets of nine fixed tissue sections in parallel. Preprint is now out on biorxiv📜: 1/4
