With AI tools candidates now customize CVs based on job descriptions. Resumes are copy-pasted and less credible. How do we match in an era where AI tools scan resumes written with AI tools? Isn't it absurd? Resumes are out, practical skills are in.

Ugh-The stories I'm hearing from candidates in the HR/TA space about their candidate experiences lately. Someone told me she had TWELVE interviews somewhere to be rejected over 'lack of industry' experience (which wasn't required) Companies need help learning how to hire better!

As a start-up founder, I've learned that investing time and resources in the wrong places can bring a business down. With all its experience and expertise, the retail industry still falls into this trap. Bad hiring practices are an amazing way to fail in business.
