EEC is funded at $1.56 billion - a 3.4% increase over the final enacted FY24 budget.
In Massachusetts, we are taking a whole of government approach to transforming our early education and care system towards access and affordability for all families.
Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker’s budget for fiscal 2021 includes a proposed $92.3 million funding boost for early childcare providers and childcare voucher programs, Education Sec. James Peyser tells MassLive.
