Temperatures will feel like the mid-90s in many spots across Massachusetts this week. If you need to be outside, go early or late in the day and wear light-colored clothing. Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water. Heat safety tips:

Exposure to high temperatures for excessive periods of time can be very dangerous.
Heat returns next week with moderate humidity levels. "Feels like" temperatures will reach the low to mid 90s away from the south coast through Thursday before somewhat cooler air arrives by Friday.
