I'm excited to announce that I'm moving next year, that Ill be able to work with YLS students and join the faculty that taught me to do academic research. I'm also sad to leave my friends at Chicago, which is an amazing, collaborative, and exhilarating intellectual community.

Ben Rolsma, a recent law grad (and I think one of Ari's former students) has a great paper about the history of 202c of the FPA, one of the main provisions the administration plans to use to keep coal online. It provides a lot of support for Ari's point that.
Yesterday, the Administration announced a wild scheme that empowers the Dept of Energy to subsidize any power plant in the country. It has no basis in the statute and clearly violates the Major Questions Doctrine. Here's the EO:
