@theJayAlto Entertainment-first learning is consumption disguised as progress. Real learning has friction. You struggle. You fail. You rebuild mental models. Dopamine hits don't build skills. Discomfort does.

there's an epidemic of fake learning. duolingo, tiktok, youtube. it's all entertainment cleverly disguised as education. real learning is hard. it's uncomfortable. if it feels 'fun', you probably aren't learning anything.
My father has a 1200+ day Spanish streak on Duolingo. We went on holiday to Spain recently and he could hardly string two sentences together. What the fuck is the point of that app?

I’m surprised more people don’t experiment to find food they find like >8.5/10 both healthy and tasty. the upside over the long term of eating healthy almost all the time is so huge (much of life/health variance) that if you can find a way to do it w/o willpower that’s a big win

@Justburr0210 @luvinlifeinID @patriottakes Here is your video fuckhead. Taking a split second still of somebody waving to the crowd is not even remotely close to what Elon did.

"the question is how do we trust the model" easy, you DONT just don't give power over to a computer eave existing hierarchies of accountability in place measure outcomes & change strategies constantly ALWAYS stay in the loop really not complicated
