It isn't for everyone, and I was a bit sceptical, but I just cooked a 3.25lb topside joint in the air fryer.
Preheated to 200°C for 5 mins, cooked at the same temp for 10 mins, 60 mins at 180° & rested for 30 mins.
I doubt I'll ever roast a piece of beef in an oven again.
