Looks like cornbread! But, it’s actually the Beer Cap (Grain Cap) that is the result of CO2 carrying the grains to the top during fermentation. When the CO2 stops, it will fall. More @WildTurkey is on the way! #KentuckyBourbon #BourbonTrail #Bourbon
