So you should try it out! It's so easy to start a practice - you don't need to invest in anything or set aside more than half an hour a day - and the results are almost immediate: An endless source of harmless, wholesome peace and pleasure you can access at any time.

I've been focusing more on meditation lately and the results have been so great. It's such an incredible thing to have in your life. If the average person could preview what you get with even just a few months of sustained effort, I truly believe 95%+ would commit.

We have an American gestapo disappearing strangers off the street and sending them to die in gulags. It's really no exaggeration to say our democracy has fallen. This is the behavior of an unaccountable dictatorship and it should be treated as such.
NEW: @Documentedny reports that one of the Venezuelans deported to El Salvador is a 19-year-old with with no criminal record and no tattoos who wasn't even the target of an ICE operation — but ended up sent there anyway. An ICE agent even said "He's not the one" when arrested!
