Full Lutnick answer here. The US is threatening to raise the top rate on Canada to 35% from 25% tomorrow, but is said to be preparing to leave a 10% rate and USMCA carveout untouched. Canada is the biggest US trade partner to not yet have a deal (but has that crucial carveout).
