Look at our lovely Remembrance Day art work. The children used watercolours to create their sky and land. Then used a cotton bud with red paint to create their poppies. @RodbourneCheney

We are celebrating the magic of rhyme and its powerful role in early childhood. Rhymes help children build language, rhythm, memory and confidence, laying strong foundations for reading and communication โ€œIf children know eight nursery rhymes by heart by the time they are four,

Such an inviting early years space ๐Ÿ’™ Calm and nurturing environments help children feel safe and ready to learn. Simple board games encourage vital skills such as turn taking, attention, planning and communication, as well as supporting early maths development. #TWHFENRich
