3. The seller had "bigger fish to fry" This is a big one. I have found countless listings on @microacquire and @Flippa that had this reason for selling. If you can contact the seller early, make a semi-reasonable offer, there's a good chance they'll take it.

2. The niche is in a saturated market. The seller had listed the five top-selling AliExpress products in the product niche, without any product customization or branding. No additional product photography or descriptions were added to the Shopify site.

1. The marketing was lacking. The business still had profitable Facebook ad campaigns, but the ads were tired. No engaging videos, no attention-grabbing copy. No thoughts of influencer marketing or affiliate programs either.
