On Sunday, two of the best Lemont Baseball teams(2014 & 2016) in school history were inducted into the LHS Athletic Hall of Fame! We were missing a few players from each team but it was great to catch up with everyone that was there. #WeAreLemont

Jakeās season is complete. He goes 5.1 with 2 ER and 6Kās. He finishes with a 2.84 ERA on the year. Impressive stuff from the 29 Y/O from Lemont. He has proven he can open or come in relief effectively. Very versatile with good stuff. Really hope we resign him for next year.

All of this.
There is an immense amount of mental freedom, calmness, and clarity when you're no longer fighting the bat. I dont have to think about the bat. It is where I expect it to be when I need it. I can now spend that mental energy on the ball. That's what people are searching for.
