Phoned bailiffs to request a hold for a vulnerable client, took an hour to get through and all they could give was 7 day hold even after client gave authority. Not long enough for debt advice and then it will take another hour for me to ask for another hold. Complaint issued

Mother in care home, need to keep an eye on phone notifications. Just been bullied out of a Sam Smiths pub ( technically included assault IMO) for thinking about looking at phone (didn't actually use it or look) I can now say that I am a proud perpetrator of thought crime

Got through this by the skin of our teeth last time. There can be no justification. All the extra money to Discretionary Housing Payment and Household Support Fund will be used up because of it.
Not announced in the Budget - a freeze in local housing allowance so people on benefits will get less of their rent paid and a freeze in benefit cap so some people especially those with children will get no increase in their benefits in April which will spread child poverty.

I then get on the Crewe train that I could have gotten on before at Stafford taking me to Stoke. The Glasgow train was delayed by 30 minutes. Would I have been within my rights to get on the Crewe train as N Rail have an obligation to get me to my connection in Stafford on time?
