This is awful. People would snap your arm off to buy a bucket of these beautiful British strawberries for a fiver.
Wastage in farming can be quite sad. On one farm in Kent, 3 ton out of a 7 ton harvest of British strawberries were either under or over the required size grading. Consumers are very particular.
