Our comprehensive review of neonatal aortic arch surgery studies revealed wide variation in neuroprotection, with ACP flow rates ranging from 10-100 cc/kg/min and temperatures ranging from 18-34°C during circulatory arrest. Data is needed to optimize and standardize practice!
