Thanks to both 4their leadership & strong questioning of DOH & PPLâs witnesses in last weekâs hearing. I was appalled by the lack of credible responses, especially after a monthâs postponement. Most striking was utter silence 2the question of PPLâs solvency over next 5 years.
So good to have allies like @JamesSkoufis & @NYSenatorRivera who see it like we see it. #PPLFails, and so long as consumers and workers go without care and wages, we must hold their feet to the fire!!! Thanks for organizing this hearing.

My previous FI, PAs were able to clock in and out within 30 seconds. With PPL and its ridiculous telephony system it takes over 1 minute & 30 seconds to clock in or out.

I spent 1 hr 37 mins on phone today be trying to fix missed pay for my PAs and to correct information for one PA so she may finally be able to use the ridiculously named Telephony system which is so inefficient, itâs absurd.
When youâre just done with the lies and need to do some serious edits.

2 of my PAs have not received pay as of yet and 2 PAs received auto deposit, but much less than what was expected! I am terrified that I will lose 1 to 2 of my 4 PAs. I require 24/7 home care with two 12 hours shifts for a total of 14 shifts weekly.

Albany @CBSNews - called @PartnerwithPPL on camera, after 15 minutes on hold the message said that they'll be called back. Several hours later no call back yet.

I called again at 7:36 PM after receiving no call back earlier. On hold 16+ mins again b4 being cut off. The Time collecting system is messed up! Today is supposed to be end of payroll. My PA who clocked out at 7:28 PM is not shown online. @AndreaSCousins @AmyPaulin
Iâve been waiting since 1:00 PM for a call back from @PartnerwithPPL after being forced 2confirm my number rather than being giving option 2keep holding. Today is deadline 2 submit hrs but PPL has screwed up! Do I confirm incorrect hours or not have my PAs get paid?
