Thinking about how AI can be used in knowledge management for #policyinfluence data. It is unstructured, uncategorized and we actually don't know how we define success. @G_T_Watkins @techSPARKuk

Just finished an eval, this sentence made me pause. "institutions as shaping behaviours, as opposed to merely being sites or platforms for evidence mobilisation. Seeing knowledge translation as a creative, active practice opens new ways to design and evaluation KT mechanisms.".

Fascinating analysis on how despite more NHS staff, more money in NHS than before Covid, NHS is still struggling. Possible conclusion is Covid may have hindered the entire social care system itself.

The NHS has more funding and more staff than it had pre-pandemic. At the same time, across most types of care, the NHS is treating fewer patients than it was pre-Covid and is clearly struggling heading into the winter. What's going on? A thread, based on new @TheIFS research 🧵.
