pros: .relatively cheap.quick preparation .you can choose when to infuse/seal cells after recording if you see something "interesting".ADDS MULTIPLE DIMENSIONS OF DATA.accelerates classifying cells base on ephys/molec versus one or ther other.

Should add the obvious reasons:.Less physiological (like impaling a cell is).Takes longer to fill cell.Takes skill to seal after recording. Just bc it hasn't affected many measurements, does not rule out effects on new phenomena.imo: pros>cons?.
