I think you are using terms you don’t understand. “Rendered safe” is a term used for devices that may still contain explosives but are “safe” to move. “Inert” means all explosives have been diluted and/or removed from the device. I have seen no confirmed details at to what they.
@Johnny_Joey Given your knowledge with diffusing bombs — how does an explosive device get X-rayed and rendered inert only to later explode and kill three officers ?? . Congrats on the book Joey. 👏.
