Great work, @LauraSteenberge and @Pagliarini_Lab! π§«π§ͺπ©πΌβπ¬.
CoQ10 is large and very hydrophobic, which limits its bioavailability. Our new study, led by @LauraSteenberge, shows that CoQ4 is a sufficient substitute for multiple CoQ functions in cells and can be targeted to mitochondria. #bioRxiv .#mitochondria .#CoQ.

So jazzed about this preprint! There is so much to learn about SIRT7 with this new fluorogenic assay! β¨.
New preprint on @bioRxiv.In collaboration with @JosephRogers100, @JohnDenuLab, and #PernilleHarris lab, we developed an in vitro assay for evaluation of SIRT7 modulators, performed #SAXS studies, and discovered cyclopeptide inhibitors, using #RaPID.

Always jazzed to talk about how metabolism and epigenetics are intertwined. Thanks, EpiCypher!.
Yesterday we were pleased to host @JohnDenulab for a lively discussion of his lab's latest research on how the #epigenome responds to metabolic stress. Thank you for visiting and being a part of our continuing education series at EpiCypher!

Happy International Day of People with Disabilities! And thanks to the @Hull_Lab for always keeping us up-to-date with these important days!.
Happy International Day of People with Disabilities!!! This year, the theme is βNot All Disabilities are Visibleβ. We must all work hard to make things inclusive and accessible to all, even if we cannot their differences.
