Why Ditch Daylight Saving Time? Why Save Standard Time?

@mattmurphyshow Senator Cotton is right to stop a retrial of permanent DST. Its 9am sunrises cost lives and business when tried. Permanent Standard Time instead preserves natural morning light, making it the only safe way to ditch the switch.

During this shutdown the House has been on recess. We should reconvene to vote on paying soldiers, paying air-traffic controllers, & even funding food stamps (but withhold money for sugary drinks). Eventually we’ll pay for everything people want and defund stuff we don’t need.
