I have facilitated 3 sessions in the last 2 days & I am so grateful for them all. Every conversation was insightful, rich & diverse. Sharing our experiences is a really effective way of learning. We're more likely to remember someones stories rather than their slides 💛 @SFHFT
We had a great session with the Respiratory & Sleep team today. We talked values, emotional intelligence & @Jigsawatwork. Lots of fun conversations & valuable reflections. We particularly liked the ice breaker - What superpower would you love to have? There was a theme 🤭 @SFHFT
